Availability is a major variable in selecting a Realtor!

It sounds so basic but there are many agents who are either too busy or too inefficient to provide availability adequate to the needs of their clients.  I have a successful business, so I'm busy too, but the key is in working efficiently and having the right system, tools and associates to benefit the clients.  If I can't personally be available at a showing due to my scheduling with other clients, I have associates ready to do a showing in my place.  Or, if I have to show a home at some strange hour, hey, I've done that before.  I will do whatever it takes to ensure that real estate transactions are performed efficiently and effectively for my clientele.
